Late Night Sweets is a small-batch baking business based in Attleboro, Massachusetts, founded and run by owner and baker Aaliyah DellaCroce. With 3–5 years of professional experience and a lifelong passion for baking that began at just nine years old alongside her mom, Aaliyah creates desserts that blend classic flavors with a homemade, high-quality touch. She specializes in custom cakes, holiday orders, pies, and pastries using fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques. Known especially for her custom cakes and Thanksgiving pies, her work is rooted in nostalgia, comfort, and celebration. Aaliyah is completing her bachelor’s degree in Baking & Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales University and believes desserts have a unique way of bringing people together across all backgrounds. Late Night Sweets was created to offer elevated, made-from-scratch desserts that feel familiar yet special; perfect for holidays, family gatherings, birthdays, and life’s sweetest moments, with a future vision of becoming a late-night destination for drinks and desserts.
